Job Summary
The Senior Analyst, Service Delivery is responsible for IT Service Delivery Operations, handling incidents and fulfilling service requests, as well as assigned project implementation.
Primary responsibilities include providing on-site/remote support to users on various client devices and business systems, identifying systematic problems, and building/maintaining OS images and approved applications.
Key qualifications include 3-4 years of relevant IT enterprise support experience, proficiency with Windows 11, and a good technical understanding of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office applications.
