Job Summary

  • This role collaborates closely with pharmacists, physicians, nurses, interdisciplinary care teams, and enterprise committees to drive quality and patient safety initiatives.
  • Responsibilities include optimizing pain management strategies, reducing total morphine milligram equivalents (MME) both inpatient and at discharge, and promoting adoption of best practices across sites.
  • This position blends direct clinical involvement with strategic program development, using data and stewardship dashboards to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement across the region.

Key Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy
