Responsibilities include optimizing pain management strategies, reducing total morphine milligram equivalents (MME) both inpatient and at discharge, and promoting adoption of best practices across sites.
This position blends direct clinical involvement with strategic program development, using data and stewardship dashboards to measure outcomes and support continuous improvement across the region.
