Job Summary

  • Partner with Senior Sales and COO Leadership to drive and assess the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing recommendations.
  • Own the business operational model and cadence, including forecast calls and business reviews, and define and implement the right go-to-market approach (Segmentation, Planning, Headcount, Quotas).
  • Deliver strategic projects to improve the business in the long-term and ensure people and resources are applied efficiently and effectively to meet delivery requirements.
