  • The Digital Pathology Commercial Development Specialist is responsible for driving the commercial growth and adoption of Digital Pathology solutions in Korea, with a strong focus on complex, solution-based opportunities and new business development.
  • This hybrid role blends strategic business development, solution architecture, and project leadership, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Service, IT, and external partners to deliver successful digital pathology projects and improve win rates.
  • You will have the opportunity to drive commercial programs and initiatives for Digital Pathology solutions, including Aperio Halo and IMS, lead new business development, and expand Digital Pathology adoption across key accounts.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, IT or related field
  • Multiple years of experience in business development, solution sales, or complex project-based selling
  • Strong understanding of hospital IT environments, digital workflow, and/or medical imaging solutions
  • Experience working cross-functionally with commercial and technical teams
  • Familiarity with tender processes and complex procurement environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, PowerPoint
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
