Must-have

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 2 years combined experience in Payroll HR Finance
  • Proficiency in Workday ADP Strada payroll software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Nice-to-have

  • Certified Payroll Professional CPP designation
  • Experience with PICOF PECI integrations
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in private public government military environments
