The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in the resident's condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as dental care, bathing, dressing, and transporting them to medical tests or new rooms.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with bathing and dressing
Monitor and record vital signs TPRs
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Transport residents to new rooms or vehicles

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Participate in shift meetings to improve services
Assist with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel effectively
Key Requirements
Must possess a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
Minimum 10th grade education required
Ability to read and interpret technical procedures
