The role involves receiving service calls, diagnosing and repairing fire alarm systems, reading technical manuals and blueprints, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction.
Candidates will participate in on-call rotations, help train team members, and provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency.

Key Requirements
4+ years experience in low voltage electrical systems
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license meeting company standards
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting 50-70 lbs
NICET Level II certification preferred
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Retention of required National, State, and Local licenses
