Job Summary

  • The Supply Chain Excellence Lead heads the Global Supply Chain Strategy Office and is accountable for the strategic direction, governance, and execution of transformation and operational excellence across CSL’s end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • This leader designs and steers the global transformation roadmap, modernizes systems and processes, and elevates supply chain maturity while safeguarding business continuity.
  • As a member of the SVP’s Supply Chain Leadership Team, this role partners closely with and collaborates extensively across CSL, including Finance Business Partners, Digital/IT, Quality, regional/site leaders, and the Global Operations Leadership Team.
