Job Summary
Lead end-to-end change delivery for strategic initiatives including digital transformation, operating model redesign, regulatory change, and culture programs.
Partner with HR and leaders to design programs that improve engagement, employee experience, and retention, analyzing engagement data to identify trends and opportunities.
Build organisational change maturity through coaching, training, and capability uplift initiatives, acting as a centre of expertise for change.
