Job Summary

  • As a Bilingual Group Solutions Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the Group Benefits and Group Annuity strategy, deepening the client relationship and supporting our sales partners and Group Annuity B2C team.
  • You will be the first point of contact for Group Benefits and Group Annuity clients, providing timely support, resolving inquiries, and ensuring compliance with service level processes.
