Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to develop new technologies and lead projects for Integer's global medical device and battery operations.
You will serve as a standard bearer for Quality by ensuring adherence to QMS, FDA regulations, and contributing to the attainment of site Quality KPIs and 5 Sigma goals.
This role requires leading cross-functional teams, supervising up to 4-5 technicians, and championing Manufacturing Excellence strategies including Lean production systems and continuous improvement.

Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in engineering
7+ years progressive engineering experience
Quality Management System (QMS) adherence
FDA regulations compliance
Cross-functional team leadership
6-Sigma or similar problem solving methodologies
Nice-to-have
Master's Degree in engineering field
Black Belt certification preferred
PMP certification
Mentoring and coaching skills
Subject matter expert status
Willingness to travel occasionally
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field
7+ years of progressive engineering experience
Green Belt certification minimum (Black Belt preferred)
