Job Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture through exceptional guest service and product knowledge.
Essential duties include providing best-in-class guest service, processing transactions accurately, promoting loyalty programs, and ensuring a clean and organized shopping environment.
Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
