  • Deep established client relationships in US/Americas
  • Experience structuring and executing infrastructure transactions
  • Strong knowledge of credit analysis and financial modeling
  • Proven track record in origination and cross-selling products

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of investment/corporate banking experience
  • Series SIE, 79, or 63 license required
  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Business/Finance/Economics/Engineering
  • Sound knowledge of loans documentation and legal structures
