Must-have

  • 2+ years construction project coordination experience
  • YARDI property management software proficiency
  • Bilingual French and English communication skills
  • ASP Construction Health & Safety Certificate
  • Valid Quebec driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings

Nice-to-have

  • Working toward PMP or RPA designation
  • Post-secondary education in Building Science
  • Experience with tenant improvement (TI) projects
  • Strong initiative and autonomous work ethic

Key Requirements
