Job Summary
Your role as Competence & Learning Business Representative will be to drive the talent and competence management strategy to ensure alignment between human resources and development projects’ requirements.
You will define and deploy advanced competence management processes and models, including forecasting aspects, working in close collaboration with department managers and HR.
Your missions will focus on organizational development and strategic talent management, including competency mapping and defining development trajectories.

Must be a European Union citizen aged 28 or younger
Must have fulfilled military obligations
