Job Summary

  • Serve as a high-impact Trusted Advisor and the strategic bridge between our Customers, Account Executives, and our broader Customer Experience organization.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Professional Services business development and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for our Diversified Industries segment.
  • Partner with Account Executives, Pre-sales, and Customer Success Managers to determine the services strategy for both strategic net-new acquisitions and base accounts.
