Job Summary

  • You will execute and improve AMS ERP processes and D365 solutions end-to-end in a global role – configuring setups and integrations, running testing, cutovers and post-go-live support, and supporting Superusers and regional AMS teams – to enable efficient, future-proof Aftermarket Services operations.

Key Requirements

  • Relevant education in business, supply chain, engineering, IT/Information Systems
  • Solid experience from international aftermarket services, logistics or operations
  • Familiarity with return/repair processes
  • Experience with ERP in a business role
  • Ability to translate requirements into user stories, test cases and documentation
  • Ability to work with data, processes and system details
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, tests and operational tasks in parallel
  • Clear communication and relationship building skills
