• This includes directing and coordinating activities through subordinate team leads and other employees, driving overall store performance through effective supervision, communication, and coordination of team members.
• Key responsibilities include management of store Operations, personnel decisions, developing and implementing strategy for achieving operational goals, and ensuring compliance with sales, safety, and security practices.

• Successful completion of Academy Leadership University
