Must-have

  • Extensive experience managing employee relations across Europe
  • Solid knowledge of European labour laws and employment regulations
  • Proven track record leading complex sensitive employee relations matters
  • Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
  • Ability to conduct investigations and resolve issues in global matrixed organizations

Nice-to-have

  • Multilingual preferred with fluent English and another European language
  • Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
  • Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
  • Deep cultural awareness navigating distinct labour landscapes
  • Pragmatic and empathetic problem-solving approach

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • CIPD qualification preferred
  • Specific experience in Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain
