Proven track record leading complex sensitive employee relations matters
Experience managing interactions with Works Councils and Trade Unions
Ability to conduct investigations and resolve issues in global matrixed organizations
Nice-to-have
Multilingual preferred with fluent English and another European language
Strong presentation and training skills for educating managers
Experience with ER case management solutions and data analytics
Deep cultural awareness navigating distinct labour landscapes
Pragmatic and empathetic problem-solving approach
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
CIPD qualification preferred
Specific experience in Germany, France, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Italy, Spain
