The Broadcast Maintenance Engineer is responsible for managing and maintaining all broadcast and technology-related equipment within a news-focused operation.
This role requires the ability to terminate cables, provide desktop support, and manage the station helpdesk for various departments including News, Sales, and Traffic.
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in varied weather conditions, and make mid-tier decisions independently within the scope of the role.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2-6 years broadcast engineering experience
Terminate broadcast and IT related cables
Manage station helpdesk for news and operations
Develop SOPs and system documentation
Provide desktop and general IT support
Nice-to-have
OBS VMix and digital streaming experience
Podcast style environment design experience
ENG truck and satellite ground station knowledge
Team first attitude with coaching ability
Ability to work extended hours including overnights
Key Requirements
2-6 years previous Broadcast Engineering experience
Ability to terminate broadcast and IT related cables
Experience with broadcast automation systems and routers
