Must-have

  • 3+ years leadership in production environments
  • Implementing Lean and Manufacturing Excellence practices
  • Managing Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, Productivity KPIs
  • Leading Production Supervisors and individual performers
  • Driving continuous improvement projects to completion

Nice-to-have

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations or Engineering

Key Requirements
