  • Deep expertise in EAR (Engineering All Risks)
  • Experience with large complex risks
  • NA CAR P&L accountability
  • Team management and performance oversight

  • Degree in Construction, Engineering, Economics, or Law
  • Strong data and analytics leverage capability
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Ability to motivate others to achieve common goals

Key Requirements
