Base: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP); Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, employee stock purchase plan

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 4+ years experience or higher degree equivalent
Experience in regulated manufacturing (FDA, ISO 13485, GMP)
Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire
Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
Ability to lead process validations (IQ/OQ/PQ)
