Job Summary

  • As the primary responsible person and liaison for branch brand operations, customer planning, and value mining, you will be responsible for local brand public relations operations, localized public welfare and brand activities, reputation risk management and training, strengthening AIA's brand awareness, reputation, and differentiation in the local market to support business development and expansion.
  • In terms of customer planning, you will extract local market intelligence and customer insights, deeply mine customer value, coordinate branch customer experience optimization journeys, plan and promote customer platforms and activities, and fully leverage the role of 'customer acquisition - customer retention - customer nurturing - conversion' to promote and drive channel business development for win-win synergy.
  • You will be responsible for the overall management of local brand exposure, enhancing local brand awareness; responsible for brand system review, ensuring the standardization and uniformity of the local brand image.
