Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate on the Surety team, you’ll prepare all correspondence for the Surety dept. and assist the team in achieving growth and retention by providing timely, accurate and professional service to all customers.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining all files and keeping an adequate supply of forms, such as Power of Attorney, Execution Reports and Bond Forms.
