Key Requirements

  • J.D. from accredited law school
  • Licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • 3-5 years of practicing attorney experience
  • Transactional and in-house experience preferred
  • Experience with commercial agreements in relevant sectors
  • Familiarity with GDPR, PCI Compliance, liquor license compliance
  • M&A due diligence experience is a plus
