Job Summary
Join the Intercity Services team as an Area Manager and manage a cross-functional customer service team with accountability for the operation across both station and train crew functions.
This role will see you problem-solve and investigate a vast range of matters to ensure appropriate action and remedial recommendations are taken to resolve issues whilst at the same promote and deliver increased community and customer engagement.
