Motivate and train all associates to follow STSU (Stop Think Speak-Up) by leveraging 4E series tools and tracking improvement in EHS&S indicators tied to Daily Management.
Assist the EHS&S Manager in promoting a strong EHS&S culture through tool utilization, risk elimination, and EHS&S campaigns, while directly conducting training and coaching.
Responsible for Environment and Sustainability Work Standardization, responding to employee concerns, managing change, and assisting with business continuity and ISO audits.
