This 12-month leadership development program offers dynamic rotations across Clinical Trial Assistant, Site Manager, and Local Trial Manager roles.
Participants will gain in-depth training in pharmaceutical development, GCO standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements while supporting global study teams.
Upon successful completion, associates will be placed in either a Local Trial Manager or Ontario Site Manager role based on business needs and skillset.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences
Minimum 80% GPA requirement
Permanent work authorization in Canada
Live within 100km of Toronto office
Graduating between Spring 2025 and Fall 2026
Nice-to-have
Professional internship or co-op experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle complexity and change
Willingness to learn new technologies
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
