Job Summary

The Program Manager, Quality & Training will lead the strategy, development, and execution of Safety Operations’ quality and learning programs, directly influencing operational excellence, content integrity, and product trust.
This role involves managing two Safety Trainers and overseeing the full lifecycle of training and quality initiatives, including program design, delivery, measurement, and continuous improvement.

PMP, Six Sigma, ISO or similar certifications preferred
