Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
10+ years IT experience
8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, etc.)
Knowledge of Now Assist, Flow Designer, Integration capabilities
Experience in Agile environments
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
