Job Summary
This role serves as the central point of coordination across Case Management, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery of patient-matched digital surgery cases.
The position drives execution by facilitating daily production meetings, expediting work in real time, and proactively resolving shop floor delays and quality holds.
Candidates will partner with the Planning team to cascade demand correctly while supporting continuous improvement efforts to enhance throughput and scalability.

Must-have

SAP or ERP system proficiency required
Agile/Scrum facilitation and stand-up leadership
Shop floor engagement for status verification

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in operations, manufacturing, or engineering
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
Demonstrated ability to work in a manufacturing environment
