  • The role requires participating in the development of written policies, procedures, and quality assurance programs to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents.
  • Staff members must ensure sufficient licensed personnel are available for every shift and delegate administrative authority to Charge Nurses to perform assigned duties effectively.

Key Requirements

  • Current active RN license in the state
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
  • Minimum 2 years experience in long-term care facility
  • Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
  • Current CPR certification
  • Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred
