Must-have
Appian BPM application development
Appian architecture and performance optimisation
Workflow and case management solutions
Software engineering principles for low-code
Cloud environment experience (AWS preferred)
Integration with external platforms and services
Nice-to-have
Experience integrating Appian with Python services
Event-driven architectures and microservices
CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
Production observability
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience in regulated financial environments
Key Requirements
Extensive Appian BPM application experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
Ability to operate at Staff Engineer level
Experience working beyond configuration applying engineering principles
