The role requires ensuring all nursing personnel comply with written policies, federal regulations, and maintaining the highest degree of quality care at all times.
Responsibilities include administering medications, managing care plans, participating in facility surveys, and coordinating with physicians and families for resident admissions and discharges.

Night shift 6p to 6a schedule
Supervise nursing assistants daily
Administer medications and treatments

Key Requirements
Current active LPN/LVN license
Graduate of approved LPN/LVN program or accredited college
