Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in quality, mechanical, electrical, industrial, operations or equivalent
  • Significant experience in Quality/Materials/Operations
  • Experience across plants or business units
  • Knowledge of Quality Sciences - APQP, Problem solving, sampling, statistical analysis, root cause analysis, PDCA
  • Previous leadership experience
  • Proven lean experience
  • Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 & ISO9001:2015
  • Ability to travel up to 60%
