Base: £49,047; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus linked to company performance; Benefits: Defined contribution pension (4% employee / 8% employer), Shift premiums up to 33%, Life assurance (4x basic salary), Overtime paid at time and a half, 33 days annual leave, Virtual GP service, EAP, wellbeing support
