Job Summary

  • CSI Pharmacy is on a mission to provide Specialty Pharmacy services to patients with chronic and rare illnesses.
  • The Agency Clinical Coordinator will ensure timeliness, accuracy, and efficient care coordination and scheduling of patient therapies.
  • This position requires working closely with the VP of Nursing and Director of Agency Operations.

Salary

Must-have

  • Registered Nurse required
  • Minimum two years’ experience

  • Team Lead experience preferred
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Positive attitude and teamwork approach

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of infusion experience
  • Valid driver's license and automobile access
  • Must not currently be on a Performance Improvement Plan
