The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT product management, particularly in ITSM and agile methodologies, and will be responsible for driving the product vision and managing a diverse team
Job Summary
Your main role will be to carry the strategic vision for the evolution of products in the ITSM & Reference Data scope, in line with IT production operational processes for our internal clients.
Coordinate with the Tech Lead the work of a team of 6 to 12 people (internal and external TMA) and co-manage significant budgets (over €1M).
