Act as a Commercial Excellence partner, strengthening LATAM Sales team performance through analysis, KPI management, pipeline governance, and continuous process improvement.
Support sales execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of sales processes, contributing to commercial team evolution with reliable data and efficient tools.
Work in a semi-presential office setting, collaborating in person at least three days a week to foster connections with the team and partner areas.
