The role is responsible for analyzing performance, identifying trends and control weaknesses, and producing insightful MI to support Coverage, Credit, Operations and senior management decision making.
The incumbent will implement and maintain strong governance and control frameworks, proactively manage product risks, and drive change in response to regulatory, market and business developments to strengthen the overall control environment.
Build skills base and competencies through facilitation of appropriate skills training and education mechanisms to raise proficiency of PCG team and wider stakeholders relying on PC.
