Base: $110,500.00 - $152,000.00; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus and stock award program; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health and wellbeing programs

• Higher Science/Engineering related degree required
• MS or PhD preferred with 3+ years relevant experience
• Materials, deposition, plasma, or systems domain expertise
• Semiconductor applications and services experience desired
