• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and manufacturing systems
• Experience with digital manufacturing technologies
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
• U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S.
