The Superintendent: Employee Relations provides specialist leadership and guidance on employee relations, labour legislation and workplace governance across the operation.
The role oversees disciplinary, grievance and incapacity processes, manages complex investigations including anonymous tip-offs, and supports ICAM reviews for high-impact cases.
By working closely with leadership, organised labour and key stakeholders, the incumbent ensures fair, consistent and legally compliant labour practices while mitigating organisational risk and supporting effective workforce management.
