  • The role oversees disciplinary, grievance and incapacity processes, manages complex investigations including anonymous tip-offs, and supports ICAM reviews for high-impact cases.
  • By working closely with leadership, organised labour and key stakeholders, the incumbent ensures fair, consistent and legally compliant labour practices while mitigating organisational risk and supporting effective workforce management.
