  • Supervise the construction project resulting in successful project completion.
  • Recruit, organize, train, direct, and coordinate the field construction team, including subcontractor's direct hire work.
  • Perform start-up testing and turnover to Owner, documenting final close-out and Owner’s acceptance.

  • Current Safety Trained Supervisor (STS) Certification
  • Working knowledge of all crafts
  • Knowledge of OSHA laws
  • Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
