Job Summary

• The CMT Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for administering medications to residents as ordered by the attending physician and coordinating staffing needs by assigning team members to shifts and finding coverage for call-offs or planned PTO.
• Essential duties include scheduling the team, following facility policies for medication administration, reporting errors, and participating in quality assurance programs to improve medication processes.
• The position requires a high school education or equivalent, scheduling experience, a qualified CMT, and the ability to read, analyze, and interpret professional journals and governmental regulations.
