About the Practice Projects, Energy and Infrastructure advises public and private sector clients on domestic and international projects spanning all infrastructure sectors including transport (road, rail, ports, airports), energy (oil &gas, power, renewables), social (hospitals, schools, prisons), defence and digital infrastructure. Our team focuses on front-end projects work including project structuring, due diligence, documentation and contract negotiation, drawing upon particular expertise in construction law and public private partnerships(PPPs). They work closely with our other practice areas including Project Finance, Real Estate, Planning & Environment, Corporate and C&I Disputes to cover the full project lifecycle. Joining the practice offers exposure to market‑leading projects, with opportunities to develop a well‑rounded skillset while working on transactions that have meaningful regional and global impact. The Opportunity We are seeking a Finance lawyer with 4–8 years’ post‑qualification experience to join our growing Projects, Energy and Infrastructure practice. This role is ideally suited to a lawyer with a solid grounding in project finance, but applications from lawyers with a general finance background who are keen on gaining deeper exposure to energy, infrastructure, and project‑related transactions are also welcome. You will work closely with the highly regarded Partners Ben Thompson, Ee Lynn Tan and Salonika Rathod, as well as other lawyers across the firm’s international network. The role offers hands‑on transactional experience, early client exposure, and strong development support, making it an excellent platform for lawyers looking to build a long‑term career in finance.
