Must-have

  • 4+ years regional multi-site safety leadership
  • 5+ years industrial safety in manufacturing or energy
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA ANSI NFPA NIOSH standards
  • Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 70% across region

Nice-to-have

  • CSP CIH professional certification preferred
  • Experience supporting VPP Star certification
  • Strong coaching and mentoring capabilities
  • Project management skills for multiple priorities
  • Proactive adoption of leading safety indicators

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Safety or related field
  • Minimum 4 years regional multi-site leadership experience
  • Minimum 5 years industrial safety experience
  • Professional certification (CSP, CIH) strongly preferred
