Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current or eligible Arkansas Physical Therapy License within 1 month
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Pass state abuse registry checks and drug screen
  • Required immunizations or proof thereof
  • Preferred 2 years Physical Therapy experience
  • Preferred certifications: OCS, CSCS, DN Certified
