Job Summary

  • As the Chief Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the maintenance systems are running efficiently to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties.
  • You’ll respond to client requests, prioritize and complete work orders with assistance from a Building Engineer, and follow up to ensure minimal downtime.
  • You also know how to develop and maintain strong relationships with property managers, vendors and department leaders.

Key Requirements

  • 4 years building/property maintenance experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • On-call flexibility
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 10, LEED, IAQ
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Universal HVAC Certification
  • Central Plant (including Chiller) experience
